A little about Dormer Realty and myself, Edward S. Dormer. I'm a personable real estate consultant with 3+ years expertise in Frisco, Texas. Frisco is about 30 minutes north of Dallas. Frisco has been growing exponentially for that past 10 years and currently has just over 200,000 residences. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers.
Why Frisco, Texas? I have spent the last 5 years living, working and playing in Frisco. This is an incredibly fast-growing town surrounded by prosperous communities. We have an amazing school system and we are located only 30 minutes north of Dallas and the DFW Airport. Frisco is home to the Toyota North America Headquarters and other large companies such as T-Mobile, McAfee, and Liberty Insurance. Frisco also has the Dallas Star with restaurants and shopping, including the practice stadium for the Dallas Cowboys! Also new to Frisco is the PGA North America Headquarters which will have multiple top tier championship golf courses!
Why Colorado? Prior to moving to Frisco, Texas I spent over 20 years growing up along the Colorado Front Range. I lived all over Colorado Springs and spent my last 10 years up north in Castle Rock! I have worked and played in Colorado Springs, Monument, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch up into Denver! I have first hand knowledge of everything great about Colorado. I was an avid white water rafter, mountain biker, snowboarder and camper! I continue to visit Colorado and have dozens of family and friends that still work and play there! I am currently working on my Colorado Real Estate License to expand my real estate presence.

Ford Center at The Star is the 91-acre campus of the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and practice facility in Frisco, Texas. The indoor stadium seats 12,000 and was developed as a first-of-its-kind partnership between the City of Frisco and the Frisco Independent School District, The Star gives fans the opportunity to connect with the Dallas Cowboys and experience the team up close and personally. This walkable community, that interacts with the Cowboys facility, will also include an Omni-branded hotel, 1.7 million square feet of space within office buildings, residential buildings, and retail/restaurant property. With the facility drawing in thousands of fans and visitors each year, there is likely to be a steady stream of buyers looking for nearby homes and properties. As an attraction for Dallas Cowboys fans, there is a strong sense of community and can be a great place to call home for those who are passionate about the team. The ability to attract iconic organizations like The Star help to illustrate the potential value seen in the city of Frisco. These new developments were some of the largest concentrations of construction in the country that for a time had the nickname, "$5 Billion Mile." Since this expansion has already gone well beyond a mile, this booming area has now been designated, "Frisco's North Platinum Corridor." The incredible investments that have been made here have created an environment full of real estate opportunities waiting to be capitalized on.
